Process
A sequence you can follow.
Residential building is a long conversation. These stages describe how Titan Living intends to run that conversation — from the first brief to the weeks after handover.
01
Brief and feasibility
We start with the site, the household and the standard you expect. If the brief is not a fit, we say so. This is not a sales funnel — it is a decision about whether we should work together.
02
Design coordination
Your architect or designer remains the author of the project. We test buildability, cost and sequence so the drawings you lodge are the drawings we can construct.
03
Approvals and documentation
Planning, building and any other approvals that apply to the site. We keep a current set: drawings, specifications and a programme that matches what has been lodged.
Authority names and timeframes vary by state and council. We will not publish a generic “typical 12-week approval” as if it were a guarantee.
04
Construction
A visible programme, a tidy site and hold-points before finishes are closed in. Changes are written down. Questions have a named person, not a general inbox.
05
Commissioning and handover
Services, keys, manuals and a walk-through against the specification. Defects are listed and closed. Occupancy is the point — not a photograph.
06
Aftercare
A defects liability period and a clear contact after you move in. The length and terms will be published with the contract, not invented on this page.

How we talk about time and money
No invented programmes.
We will not publish a standard build duration or a typical contract sum on a marketing page. Those figures belong to a specific site, a specific set of drawings and a contract you can read. The process above is the sequence; the numbers come later.
Next step
Walk us through the brief.
A short note on the site and the household is enough to start. We will tell you what we need next.
